How to place an online order

It is very easy to place an online order. Simply browse through our site and select the products you want by click on “Add to my basket”. You can select a quantity for each item. The price will update automatically.
Once you have finished your selection, click on “Confirm order” on your shopping basket page.
Then, all that’s left to do is log in to your account or create one.

Are online payments secure?

Our online payments are 100% secure. We work with our bank (Caisse d’Epargne) to guarantee secure, reliable payments for our customers so that you can take advantage of (and enjoy) your products with complete peace of mind.

Can I pay by cheque?

You can also pay by cheque if you are a private customer in France. When finalizing your order, select “Payment by cheque” to submit it. You will then need to make your cheque out to Agro’Novae Industrie and send it to the following address:

Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of your cheque.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, our bank details will be communicated to you after you choose that payment method. They will also be included in your order confirmation email.
Please mention your order number in the transfer’s comments. Your order will only be shipped once we have received your transfer.
